Where are your pieces made?
Our pieces are completely handmade in Ballari, Karnataka and embroidered by women artisans.
How long will shipping take?
The product will ship in 2 to 3 days after order is placed.
All orders will be delivered via DHL Express International (or equivalent) in 5 to 7 business days.
Do you accept returns?
We will accept returns within placed within 7 days. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and will be refunded the full amount minus the shipping fee. For exchanges customers will be given store credit to exchange items. Please reach out to info@tegacollective.com with your order number, and we'll take care of the rest.
NOTE: Items bought during Sale events are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final.
Can I exchange my piece for another size?
Contact us and we will help you make an exchange within seven days; no questions asked.
